Experience of a Lifetime?

We had the honor of participating in this year's Global Night at the ZHAW School of Applied Linguistics. The Global Night takes place once a year, where students from the bachelor's programs in Communication, Multilingual Communication, and Linguistic Integration, who have completed a semester abroad or an internship abroad, share their impressions, experiences, and highlights. This event is particularly exciting for students who are considering studying abroad themselves, as it provides a deeper insight into a semester or internship abroad. During the Global Night, Michelle had the opportunity to share her experiences from her internship in Guatemala and engage with the participants. However, it wasn't just about recounting her time in Guatemala; "The M Story" was also officially represented as an organization. As you may already know, we recently welcomed our first participant, Celina, to the Volunteer Programms in Guatemala. She experienced a lot during her time there and actively contributed to our projects. Consequently, Celina returned to Switzerland full of enthusiasm and with many new insights after her time in Guatemala.

If you're interested in learning more about her time as a volunteer, you can find further details in our blog posts. However, what we can tell you in advance is that Celina definitely had the 'Experience of a Lifetime' in Guatemala.

If you also want to experience the "Experience of a Lifetime" and participate in a program where you can truly make a difference, then you're in the right place with The M Story's Volunteer Programm.
