Chapter 1:

Who is behind it?

Chapter 1: Who is behind it?

Our team consist of volunteers from Switzerland and Guatemala.

Nothing is more important than gaining trust in a project. Trust that the support reaches the right places and confidence that we all work together to create history. Thanks to a small, close-knit team on the ground, regular meetings and visits, and the fact that our team is entirely voluntary, we can assure donors of this.

Faces behind the stories

'In Guatemala, there is a lack of basic needs such as food, education, and childcare. However, through these circumstances, God has led me to wonderful people with big hearts who are willing to support us Guatemalans. Being part of Michelle's daycare team is an opportunity to help our children, teach them the path of love, and provide them with nutritious food.'

Barbara Sutter

Since the founding, Barbara has been in charge of fundraising and regulary visits the projects
on-site.

'I am very grateful to be able to support my daughter in her projects. Visiting the team, projects, and the supported families regularly shows me how urgently help is needed and how dire the situation is, especially for women and children.'

Anja Lindner

Anja is self-employed in Guatemala and supports the projects on-site.

'I have been living in Guatemala for several years and have fallen in love with this country with its vibrant colors and friendly people. However, the challenges that many here have to overcome every day are very significant. I am a Christian and want to help wherever I can and wherever I can positively impact the lives of others.'

Thanks to the work of our team, we can provide children with a loving environment while their mothers can work without worries.'

Jennifer
