Children’s home and hospital Patzún

A large portion of the donations were used in 2021 at the children's home and hospital in Patzún. Here, a total of 45 orphans have found a new home, led by 4 dedicated nuns. In addition to the daily care of the children, food packages are distributed to the residents of the small village every two weeks. Thanks to the support of donors, nearly 200 families can be provided for with each distribution.

However, there continues to be a shortage of food, clothing, hygiene products, school supplies, and much more. With the help of donations, we aim to address such needs and always assist where it is most urgently required. Our goal is to enroll the children in school in the future so that when they eventually leave the children's home, they also have the opportunity for career advancement. This is essential for breaking the cycle of perpetual poverty and enabling them to build a more promising future.
